Kaitlyn was raised in Colbert, Washington, just north of Spokane and relocated to Salem in 2011 to attend Corban University. She has studied psychology with a focus in counseling. To say she enjoys helping people would be an understatement. Although real estate is not in the psychology field, Kaitlyn is able to use her skills from her schooling to better assist not only their clients but also the staff of Coho Realty.
In the spring of 2013, Kaitlyn married Shane, a native of Salem, and they began to put down roots. While attending Salem Heights Church, Kaitlyn and Shane became involved in a small group, have served in the middle school and high school youth group, and have been able to grow with this thriving community of believers.
Kaitlyn started in 2016 as an unlicensed assistant for Peter and has been able to take on more responsibilities throughout the years. She was able to work through the restrictions of not having a license and became a phenomenal assistant. In 2018, she became a Licensed Broker in the State of Oregon, working as Peter Braunworth’s licensed assistant and a main point of contact for the office. In 2020, Kaitlyn was promoted to Transaction Coordinator for Coho Realty and uses her talents to help keep the team on track and organized.
