This deeded 1/24 share gives two weeks each year in this Otter Rock Timeshare Association (ORTSA) condominium. This share gives you one week of use every six months. The weeks rotate each year so you'll have a different set of weeks each year. ORTSA owners can trade weeks among themselves. ORTSA is associated with RCI so an owner can join RCI, if they choose to, and then book one or both weeks to trade for use of one of 3600 condos around the world that are booked with the RCI organization. Co-owners are not obligated to join RCI.
